I was wondering if you know this kind of noodles,it is a good thing to make people miss their homes and relatives.

what I think is really true.When I talk it about with my friend who lives in northern China,it seems that he is confused about them. Now,let me introduce it to you,make you understand it better.


When it comes to festivals ,such as Middle Autumn Day,Dragon Boat Festival,Spring Festival and so on,it must come to our view first to add more happiness to satisfy our stomach.It can be said that it has become a way to celebrate our traditional festivals.However,it is a big problem,I have to say making it is a complex process,which spends us plenty of time and efforts.First of all,we should use water to soak rice for a while to benefit to make rice easier to be grinded.


Secondly,it is necessary for us to use machine that usually grinds grains to make it trituration. While doing this ,mixing some water is a good choice .


Thirdly,we should steam the rice trituration by the hot vapour.


Last but not least ,we can put it in a place where wind can arrive in order to make it be preserved a longer time.

With the development and temptation of society,men use machines to produce this kind of noodles,though the velocity and efficiency are improved a lot,the flavour is not what it used to be.(People made it by hand. )



There is always something special in our brains to wake up our homesick feelings .Whatever the thing is ,it can often raise our homesickness.Because home is our habitat of mind forever.
