说到看病，
大家脑海中浮现出医生的话
应该都会是：
What's the matter with you?
你哪里不舒服啊？
How long have you been like this?
你这样状态持续多久了啊？
Does it hurt here?
Do you have pain here?
你这里疼吗？
Take the pills three times a day and drink more water.
这个药一天吃三次，多喝水

这些其实上学的时候老师都教过
BUT
你有没有发现
每当医生问“你怎么了”的时候
都感觉自己词！穷！了！
有一种痛，
叫说不出自己“哪里痛”！

"痛"我们一般会用到这三个词
Ache & Pain & Hurt
可是他们分别应该怎么用呢？


Ache

Ache一般用作名词，指持续一段时间的Discomfort不舒服，不是十分强烈的疼痛not extremely strong，比如在你健身之后After you workout，你可能会肌肉酸痛your muscles will probably ache. 而且通常会和一些特定的身体部位连用，比如headache头疼，stomachache胃疼，toothache牙疼。


Pain

Pain通常会比ache强烈，突然一些。比如你摔倒fall down,甚至是骨折break your bone. 你可以说I have a pain in my knee.我膝盖疼

通常是指各种各样的疼痛或是病痛。
比如His illness is getting worse, he has different aches and pains.
他的病越来越严重，病痛缠身


Hurt

Hurt 通常会用作v动词或者adj形容词，去描述ache, pain这种疼痛
比如我的脚踝疼
My ankle hurts.
I have a pain in my ankle.
I have an ache in my ankle.

※ hurt也有“injure”受伤的意思
He was badly hurt/ injured in the car accident.
他在车祸中伤势很严重

PS: 在这里be hurt 作为一个词组做adj形容词， hurt是没有被动语态形式的

再举一个栗子，
