“战术救援挑战赛”（Tactical Rescue Challenge）创建于2018年，旨在以尽可能小的团队，掌握关键医疗技能和战术技能，有效执行救援行动。能够在时间紧迫且没有额外援助的情况下进行紧急救援是应急响应人员必须掌握的技能。参训的小队成员需要在保持敏锐的形势认识的同时形成有效火力支持并完成救援任务或行动目标。

2022年度战术救援挑战赛将由多达20个三人小组组成，成员由军事单位、地方/州/联邦执法部门和军事特种作战部门组成。这其中的一些单位可能会包括专业的战术急救人员（TEMS）或来自消防部门的救援特遣队（RTF）人员。但所有参赛者都需要具备安全使用***的能力，并在救援行动过程中根据TCCC/TECC的标准进行医疗救助。

参加战术救援挑战赛（TRC）的团队将面临一系列的演习和场景，每个项目需要不同的战术和医疗技能。全面考验参赛者的体能、战术、射击、团队合作和医疗技能。TRC项目包括，但不限于：TCCC/TECC概念和护理阶段、伤员救援技术、战术救援技术、基础K9急救、执法/军事战术、作战体能、安全和有效地使用***、***震撼弹的使用、个人防护装备（包括防毒面具）的使用和洗消作业。

The Tactical Rescue Challenge was created in 2018 to effectively execute rescue operations with as small a team as possible with critical medical and tactical skills. Being able to perform emergency rescues when time is tight and without additional assistance is a skill that emergency responders must acquire. Participating team members are required to form effective fire support and accomplish rescue missions or operational objectives while maintaining acute situational awareness.

The 2022 Tactical Rescue Challenge will consist of up to 20 three-person teams comprised of military units, local/state/federal law enforcement, and military Special operations. Some of these units may include specialized Tactical First Responders (TEMS) or Rescue Task Force (RTF) personnel from the fire department. However, all participants are required to be able to handle firearms safely and provide medical assistance in accordance with TCCC/TECC standards during rescue operations.

Teams participating in the Tactical Rescue Challenge (TRC) will face a range of exercises and scenarios, each requiring different tactical and medical skills. A comprehensive test of physical, tactical, shooting, teamwork and medical skills. TRC programs include, but are not limited to: TCCC/TECC concept and care phase, casualty rescue techniques, tactical rescue techniques, basic K9 first aid, law enforcement/military tactics, combat fitness, safe and effective use of firearms, use of tear gas stun grenades, use of personal protective equipment (including gas masks) and decontamination operations.
